Mentoring Support

  • All of our staff are employed through Scope’s “reserved post” policy.  This means that we have a physical disability and have empathy with the people we support

  • Our mentoring is provided informally and includes peer to peer support as well as staff mentoring the service users

  • Everyone encourages each other!

We offer a range of mentoring projects which currently include
