Mentoring Support
- All of our staff are employed through Scope’s “reserved post” policy. This means that we have a physical disability and have empathy with the people we support
- Our mentoring is provided informally and includes peer to peer support as well as staff mentoring the service users
- Everyone encourages each other!
We offer a range of mentoring projects which currently include

The Yell Project – Non disabled teenage volunteers befriend a disabled participant of the same age during half term
Transitions Buddying Project – A disabled participant of between 14 -22 is befriended by a non disabled person of the same age regularly
Volunteering – Living Options encourages its members to undertake volunteering.
