We operate a telephone helpline for anyone with a disability related question, including:
- Specialist equipment and adaptations
- Disability benefits such as Incapacity Benefit or Disability Living Allowance
- Disability rights
- Accessible travel and holidays
- Employment legislation for disabled people
If we cannot provide the answer we signpost the caller to the appropriate agency.
This section also offers a directory of organisations that may be able to help, and a resource library providing information on a range of impairments.
